Ayudar a hijos e hijas frente a las drogas. Guía para familias

El Gobierno de Navarra ha editado la guía Ayudar a hijos e hijas frente a las drogas – guía para las familias, donde se ofrece información y pautas a los padres para el manejo del problema del consumo de drogas en adolescentes de entre 12 y 18 años.La guía se divide en una serie de capítulos que tratan las causas que promueven el consumo de drogas en adolescentes, qué se puede hacer desde la familia para prevenir este problema, cómo saber si tu hijo está consumiendo drogas, cómo afrontar las situaciones asociadas al consumo e información sobre las diferentes sustancias y falsas creencias.

El texto subraya la importancia del papel de la familia a la hora de desarrollar los factores de protección al consumo de drogas, mediante el establecimientode una adecuada comunicación con los hijos y la adopción de normas y límites razonables sobre su comportamiento .
